Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colours, images, and descriptions of our products (including custom gifts, clothing, mugs, and stationery) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will perfectly match the physical product.
Pricing: All prices are dynamically listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude delivery charges, which will be clearly displayed and added at checkout.
Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.

Contract Formation: Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

5. Custom and Personalized Goods

User Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for ensuring that any text, names, images, or specifications provided for personalization are correct, spelled properly, and free of typos. We will not offer refunds or replacements for customer spelling errors.
Content Restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse to print or produce any custom items containing text or imagery that we deem offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing upon third-party intellectual property/trademarks.
6. Delivery and Shipping
We will deliver the goods to the delivery address you specify at checkout. Please ensure this address is accurate; we cannot be held responsible for delayed or missing orders due to incorrect address entry.
Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only. While we make every effort to dispatch items promptly (accounting for production time on custom orders), we are not liable for delays caused by postal carriers (e.g., Royal Mail) or external forces beyond our control.
7. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
Our returns policy complies with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Non-Custom/Standard Items
For standard, non-personalized products, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must contact us at orders@makeitloveitsellit.co.uk. You must return the items in their original, unused condition at your own cost within 14 days of notifying us.
Custom and Personalized Items (Exemption)
In accordance with UK consumer law, the 14-day cooling-off right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
Therefore, personalized gifts, custom clothing, and bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error in production.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the fault. If verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content included on this Website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and website design, is the property of Make It, Love It, Sell It or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
